By downloading or using the Move On app (“Move On”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Move On for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Not medical or professional advice

Move On is a self-help and wellbeing tool. Its content, programs, and AI companion are for general support and encouragement only and are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. They are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

AI-generated content

Move On includes an AI companion that generates responses automatically. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as fact or advice. Use your own judgment and seek qualified help when needed.

Subscriptions and payments

Move On offers an optional Premium subscription billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown at purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings after purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
You can restore an active subscription on a new device using “Restore Purchases” on the paywall.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its content.

Your content

Content you create in Move On (such as journal entries and letters) belongs to you and is stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you create.

Service availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Termination

You may stop using Move On at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Move On is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
