Your Data Choices

You have the right to access, export, or delete the information associated with your use of Move On at any time. Because most of what you create in the app - your journal entries, unsent letters, affirmations, streak, and progress - lives on your device, deleting the app removes that data.

Access & export

Your content is available inside the app while it's installed. If you'd like a copy of anything we hold associated with your subscription identifier, email us and we'll help.

Delete

Delete individual entries in the app, or remove Move On from your device to wipe all locally stored data. To request deletion of anything tied to your subscription identifier, contact us.

Make a request

Email moveon.socialsupport@gmail.com with the subject "Data request" and let us know what you'd like. We typically respond within a few business days.
