Quick answers

How do you count no contact days?

Day 1 is the day after your last contact of any kind - message, call, or checking their profile. If you break no contact, the count restarts from the following day.

Does checking their social media reset the no contact counter?

Yes. Viewing a story or profile feeds the same attachment loop as messaging, so most people restart the count. If that feels harsh, at minimum log it and note what triggered it.

How many days of no contact is enough?

Thirty days breaks the daily reflex, 60 to 90 days is more realistic after a long or live-in relationship, and no contact is permanent where there was manipulation or abuse.
